That base quote includes the create instruction, a small dev buy (up to 0.045 SOL), all transaction + priority fees, and rent. Bigger dev buys add on top. Anything unused stays in the bot wallet and you can withdraw it.
Where the creator fees go.
Every sub-token earns creator fees on pump.fun. The project wallet collects them on a cadence and splits them by percentage.
